I think simply put, people who are not qualified to work on programming language ‘x’ should not be given a task by their manage to help programmer ‘a’ work on language ‘x’ problems.

this goes for any language.

there are lots of big haired visual basic dudes out there who instead of coding think they are smart-asses criticizing in a very intelectual manner some innocent and very funny comics.
their real problem is they secretely admire the baldie dudes who are code-gods, but instead of accepting the truth, and learning some new things, they spit poison and call themselves coders.

Wait, i dont get it… lets see if i can paraphrase
Baldie programmer nerd got upset because the other programmer, (who probably makes more than him because he doesnt dissolve into a gibbering mess when he has to deal with his coworkers) used the same sort of self-aggrandizing speech that baldie always uses when he goes home to his empty house and posts his useless blog posts about how sexy his ninja coding is.

Conclusion:
baldie is never going to get a raise or get promoted out of it hell because he cant control his temper.
big haired dude is going to get a promotion for all the work baldie did
because baldie is too busy screaming and stamping and punching the walls in the bathroom when raises are being handed out.
