It's not only about accepting/rejecting, but mostly about double-checking, suggesting and commenting ("Oh, this patch is _amazing_!" ;-) ). In theory, everybody is at the same level, and developers participating in the review should be smart enough to understand the value of the criticisms, or otherwise defend their choices with some real arguments. In practice it's not like that, so just forget about all what I wrote. :-) Peer reviews should mean that you review each other’s code — so, Ross will also review Randie’s code and provide valuable feedback.
